Petal Prophecy is a New England style Honey IPA brewed with Vermont Honey. The Honey is fermented out and doesn't provide sweetness, but we balance the drying qualities of Honey with large additions of Oats, Vienna Malt, and a unique malt called Honey malt. The blend of these specialty malts creates flavors and aromas of Fresh-Baked Bread and Biscuits. Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Cascade hops provide a cavalcade of aromas and flavors ranging from Clementine Juice, Ripe Apricots, Fresh picked Melons, and a Field of Wild Flowers.
